Participants progress through wings with increasing heat levels within the specified time limit.
Rules and judging
All meat, skin and cartilage must be removed from the bone. Judges have the final say on whether a wing is clean.
No water, milk or other food is allowed during rounds. Participants may use napkins for hands, but not mouths.
Vomiting, spitting out food, leaving excessive meat, tapping out or cheating results in disqualification.
